The Role As our Commercial BDM, you'll lead Penrite’s commercial sales efforts across New South Wales. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities while building strong, lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across industrial, transport, mining, agriculture, and farming sectors Build, negotiate, and manage customer contracts to ensure strong legal and commercial outcomes Craft high-quality tenders and proposals aligned with both customer needs and company strategy Leverage data and market insights to inform strategic sales decisions Collaborate with and coach the field sales team to strengthen commercial knowledge and execution Ensure seamless customer service delivery by working closely with internal departments Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, customer progress, and KPIs Oversee growth and retention of key commercial accounts Attend trade shows and weekend events (some overnight travel required) About You You are a commercially minded, strategic thinker with a strong track record in business development. You're confident, driven, and known for turning opportunities into lasting business relationships.
