In this vital role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating our frontline support workers, ensuring participants receive timely and consistent care. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and maintain daily/weekly staff rosters to meet NDIS participant support needs. Respond efficiently to roster changes such as cancellations, urgent shift covers , and support worker availability. Liaise with participants, support workers, team leaders, and other stakeholders. Maintain accuracy in rostering systems and ensure compliance with NDIS regulations . Support workforce planning by identifying gaps and proposing proactive solutions. Provide excellent customer service internally and externally. What You’ll Bring Experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce planning, or administrative coordination (ideally in disability, aged care, or community services). Familiarity with the NDIS framework (or a willingness to learn). Outstanding time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, rostering software like MYP). A commitment to participant choice, dignity, and respect. Essential Requirements Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Current NSW Working with Children Check. Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
