The Company has an amazing opportunity available for a full time Sales and Marketing Manager, within our ever-growing Property Investment firm. We are looking for the next asset to our team, who will lead the outbound sales team and company marketing activities. JOB TASKS and EXPECTATIONS You will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the Company’s outbound sales team and marketing activities undertaken by the organisation. Development and implementation of sales strategies within the Chase Wealth Australia outbound Sales and Marketing Team Establishment of individual and team sales KPI’s, in order to maximise the organisation’s revenue and client loyalty Development and implementation of strategies to promote the organisation’s services to new potential clients Development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of the organisation’s services through the creation and reinforcement of ‘brand loyalty’ and recognition. Implementation of strategies to build and maintain the organisation’s image and reputation with its clients, investors and the wider public. Management and monitoring the performance of the of the Company’s social media marketing and online advertising Coaching and provision of mentoring to the Outbound Sales team, Holding daily team meetings, to maintain the team’s focus and resilience whilst they perform their duties for the Organisation Ensure that all policies and procedures related to the Outbound Sales Team are adhered to Stay informed of regulatory updates and other changes within the relevant property related industries Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification (Sales or Marketing further Education is highly desirable) Demonstrated 2 years of experience within a similar capacity Salary - $88,000 Super Bonuses Ability to effectively mentor and lead a Sales team Advanced proficiency in CRM systems
