Your role The Senior Contract Administrator role performs a range of administration and compliance initiatives to support strategic performance monitoring and reporting functions associated with contracted service delivery providers. What you’ll do As part of the dedicated Senior Contract Administrator, you will: Liaise with the Manager Contracts and Relationships to manage contract administration activities in line with legislation and CSNSW policy, procedure, standards and specifications to achieve monitoring and reporting outcomes Prepare and manage documentation, including performance reports, briefings, and compliance submissions, to inform senior staff and executives. Maintain and analyse contract-related data and performance metrics to identify risks, ensure compliance, and recommend improvements. Foster productive relationships with contracted service providers to support continuous improvement and effective contract performance monitoring. What we’re looking for Proven ability to manage contract administration, compliance, and performance monitoring in alignment with legislation, policy, and service specifications. Capable of analysing complex data, preparing performance reports, and making informed recommendations to improve contract outcomes and operational efficiency. Skilled in building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contracted service providers, and communicating clearly across diverse audiences.
