About The Position We are seeking a c ustomer focused, proactive and organised receptionist/ administration assistant to manage our Reception Function and provide support to the wider Corporate Services Teams with projects and administration. As our National Head office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and first smiling face our employees see. This role will be varied due to offering administration support across the organisation. Key Responsibilities (Training can be provided on systems and processes) Answer, screen, and forward calls in a professional manner Managing Daily Sign in / Out Register Purchase order entry (PRONTO system) Managing Incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries, including postage and couriers Document filing, organizing, archiving and general Administration Duties Managing bookings for conference/meeting rooms Receptionist/ Administration Assistant Supporting wider Corporate Services Teams with projects and administration What You'll Bring Excellent communication and organisation skills Keen attention to detail A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit Ability to work independently and multitask Previous administration experience is strongly preferred Working Hours Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm Office-based role at our Rydalmere Head Office (Parking Provided) Apply now and join our team!
