Maintain Technology is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive SuccessFactors solutions that align with our clients' HR objectives. You will leverage your expertise to ensure that our clients can harness the full capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors suite to enhance their workforce management and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Architect effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend technical solutions. Lead implementation projects by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. Conduct system configuration and integration for new SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience. Facilitate workshops and training sessions, educating users on how to maximize the use of SuccessFactors for their HR processes. Evaluate existing HR processes and systems, providing insights and strategies for continuous improvement and optimization. Act as a knowledge resource on best practices, trends, and innovations related to SAP SuccessFactors. Provide post-implementation support, addressing user queries and making necessary adjustments to the system. Requirements 8 years of experience in implementing and designing SAP SuccessFactors solutions with an emphasis on Employee Central and associated modules. Deep knowledge of HR business processes, policies, and compliance regulations to inform technical solutions. Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, data migration, and integration with other SAP or third-party systems. Proficiency in project management methodologies with demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects effectively. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges and enhance solution performance. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred.
