Reporting to the Village Manager, this is a great opportunity for a Chef or highly experienced Cook aiming to restore their work life balance and gain employment in one of Australia’s fastest growing industries with the following tasks: Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards. Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation. Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures. As a Chef, you’ll take pride in your presentation, be knowledgeable in relation to nutrition and have a keen interest on the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents.
