About the Role In this exciting and varied role, you’ll take ownership of the entire event journey from first enquiry to flawless execution. Whether it’s an intimate mountain wedding, a corporate retreat, or a grand celebration, you’ll craft personalised experiences that exceed expectations and showcase everything our unique resort has to offer. What You’ll Do: Coordinate, sell and deliver unforgettable weddings, conferences, retreats, and social events Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly Proactively grow business through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events Tailor creative proposals and packages that highlight our resort’s stunning location and premium facilities Be the warm, welcoming face for our clients from planning through to on-the-day coordination Represent Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa at wedding expos and local community events
