This Sydney-based leadership role will drive new logo acquisition and sustainable revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will be at the forefront of our growth in non-BFS sectors, helping to shape strategic engagements and bring transformational IT solutions to clients in sectors such as Manufacturing, Resources, Retail, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality, Insurance, and the Public Sector. What You Will Do Own the Topline: Drive new logo acquisition and revenue generation across your territory, with a strong focus on strategic, profitable, and sustainable deals. Craft & Win Deals: Shape opportunities, collaborate with advisory firms and technology partners, negotiate high-value contracts, and close - services or Services Software deals. Client Engagement: Establish deep relationships with executive stakeholders, understand their business priorities, and present value-driven, tailored technology solutions. Sales Enablement: Guide and be supported by dedicated pre-sales, practice, and delivery teams to ensure quality submission that are of value to our prospects and customers. Strategic Pipeline: Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, delivering consistent progress updates, forecasts, and growth insights. Collaborative Growth: Partner closely with marketing, alliances, delivery, and senior leadership to drive go-to-market strategies and client success. What We’re Looking For A strong business development and entrepreneurial mindset with an obsession for client success. Deep enterprise sales experience in one or more of the target sectors. A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to navigate CXO-level conversations and create trusted advisory relationships. Solid understanding of modern IT services, including Digital Transformation, AI & Automation, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, Operational Technology (OT) and Analytics. Strategic and consultative approach to selling, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. A highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven professional who thrives in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.
