What We’re Looking For A Senior Manager with 8 year s’ experience in a similar role. Based in Canberra , with strong local networks and industry contacts. Open to candidates from smaller firms who bring leadership and initiative. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of a large and varied client portfolio. Act as the primary client contact , working closely with the responsible partner. Manage and mentor a small team (2–3 staff) , fostering growth and capability. Deliver clear, concise communication on complex matters to clients. Apply strong technical skills across a diverse client base, with a focus on property and construction .
