About the Role As an Accounts Payable Officer , you’ll be part of a dynamic finance team, responsible for the end-to-end processing of accounts payable transactions. Key Responsibilities Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data is entered correctly Perform payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain supplier records and manage queries effectively Assist in month-end close and reporting activities Support continuous improvement initiatives within accounts payable processes About You Experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role Knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Xero, MYOB) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Desirable: Certificate or diploma in accounting, business, or a related field Previous experience in a large organisation or shared services environment Why Join Our Talent Pool?
