To maintain and further build on their reputation, they are currently seeking a HVAC Project Manager to join their construction team, based in Western Sydney. Within this role you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HVAC refurbishment, construction fit out and D&C projects. This will include site visits, understanding project requirements, identifying design options, equipment selection, as well as the management of labour resources and sub-contractors. In addition, you will also be responsible for preparing tender submissions, reviewing proposals and meeting tender submission deadlines. To be successful in the role, you will be tertiary qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, have a minimum of five years of experience working as a Project Manager within the HVAC sector, possess strong attention to detail, and due to the nature of the role, working with a variety of stakeholders, it is vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
