To maintain and further build on their reputation, they are currently seeking a HVAC Estimator to join their engineering team, based in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, your responsibilities will include: Understanding customer requirements and attending customer meetings to fully define the scope of work, ensuring customer satisfaction. Estimation of a wide range of HVAC projects within the commercial buildings sector Responsibility for the continual development of company estimating processes and procedures Coordinating with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure project delivery targets are met Providing value engineering solutions to internal and external stakeholders To be successful in this role you will be tertiary/trade qualified in HVAC engineering, have experience working in the HVAC mechanical sector and have a proven track record working as an Estimator. You will also be proficient using Microsoft office software. In addition, you will have experience producing HVAC project tenders and proposals, have excellent communication and time management skills, great attention to detail and work well in a team environment.
