About the Role: You'll be the Sous Chef overseeing the kitchen , supporting service for both lunch and dinner. Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations of the kitchen Leading a team of chefs, apprentices, and Kitchen hands Contributing to menu development and monthly specials Managing stock control, ordering, and kitchen standards Rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front Your Skills and Experience: Proven experience in high-volume kitchens - ideally clubs, pubs, or hotels Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with consistent output Passionate about food, people, and building a positive kitchen culture Confident with stock control, rostering, and contributing to creative menus Reliable, stable, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow Your Benefits and Rewards: Stable full-time role with a balanced roster (4.5 days a week) Two set days off and consistent hours (38-42 hrs) On-site parking, free meals during shift, snacks, and uniforms supplied Excellent company employee perks!
