In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations—including accounts payable processing, travel allowance coordination, and supporting internal teams with finance-related tasks. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong finance administration skills who wants to grow in a mission-driven organisation. What You’ll Do Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements Prepare EFT payments and manage supplier records Respond to finance queries and reconcile accounts Travel Allowance & Reimbursements: Process travel claims in line with policy Check documentation and liaise with staff for approvals Accurately enter data into the finance system Financial Data Entry & Admin: Enter journal entries and financial transactions Assist with reconciliations and document management Support audits and maintain recordkeeping systems What You’ll Bring Essential: Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Experience in accounts payable or finance admin roles High-level accuracy and attention to detail Strong Excel and MS Office skills Excellent communication and time management Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Knowledge of travel allowance in NFPs/government Experience in a culturally diverse or Aboriginal organisation Requirements: NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) National Police Check NT Driver’s Licence or ability to obtain Australian working rights Ready to Apply?
