About the team The Homelessness Programs Team delivers vital support services across the Darwin region, focusing on increasing independence and stability for young people and older women. Working collaboratively, the team provides tailored assistance through a range of housing programs and domestic and family violence responses, designed to empower clients and improve long-term outcomes. About the role As the Manager, Homelessness Programs you have a unique opportunity to expand our suite of specialist homelessness services. In this role you will: Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs to ensure quality outcomes and efficient resource use. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service models. Ensure compliance with funding agreements, including reporting and budget oversight. Provide expert advice and represent the organisation on homelessness and domestic, family, and sexual violence. Build strategic partnerships and lead a high-performing, values-driven team. About You The ideal applicant will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in program leadership within social services. Proven leadership in building team capability and driving change. Strong expertise in homelessness and domestic, family, and sexual violence sectors, including policy and legislation. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Passion for women’s rights and social justice, with a commitment to advocacy and systemic change. Don’t meet every single requirement?
