About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Transport and Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Rowcon Group located at Corbould Park in the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The role will include but not be limited to: About the role Assisting Transport Maintenance Supervisors with coordinating day to day tasks Assisting with preventive maintenance schedules and compliance Liaising with suppliers for quote and work scheduling Ordering of parts, small tools and PPE as required General administration duties, assisting with calls, scanning and filing About you 3 years administrative experience High level organisational, planning skills and delivery of high standards Self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team Experience working in Construction/Transport industry highly desirable Energetic and positive friendly attitude and phone manner Must have knowledge of Microsoft suits programs Apply now If this role sounds like you and you are ready to be a part of a high preforming team, then we want to hear from you.
