They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in North-East Perth. Job Role and Summary: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in steering business growth through strategic marketing and market development initiatives. Your primary focus will be on crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance their market presence and meet defined business development objectives. By leveraging your marketing expertise and business insight, you will drive occupancy rates in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodations and broaden the reach of our community programs. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote SIL accommodation and community services, aligned with organisational growth goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and inform marketing and business development initiatives. Manage all aspects of digital marketing and brand presence , including social media, website content, and brand positioning, to increase visibility and engagement. Drive lead generation and conversion by implementing targeted campaigns, nurturing prospect pipelines, and converting inquiries into placements. Engage key stakeholders and referral networks , including NDIS planners, healthcare professionals, and community organisations, to build strong partnerships. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimising for performance, ROI, and reach. Track and report on key performance metrics , including SIL occupancy, lead conversion, campaign effectiveness, business development, and brand awareness targets. Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years working experience in the NDIS or Aged Care sector in Australia, including a strong grasp of industry-specific growth strategies. Expertise in digital marketing, including campaign execution, SEO, social media, and marketing automation tools. Solid understanding of NDIS regulations and compliance, including service delivery standards and ethical marketing practices in the healthcare space. Established network within the disabilities industry and Aged Care sector or related agencies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and data interpretation to evaluate campaign performance and ROI. Strong business development skills with the ability to drive growth, meet targets, scale operations, and build valuable referral networks.
