We’re on the lookout for an energetic, driven, and experienced leader to take charge of our mobilisation function. You’ll bring a sharp focus on results, a passion for mentoring others, and a proven ability to deliver mobilisation excellence across major resource sector clients such as BHP, MRL, Greatland Gold, and Rio Tinto . What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing mobilisation team. Coordinate and oversee end-to-end mobilisation across multiple client sites. Manage rosters and align workforce availability with project demands. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to inform senior leadership. Partner closely with HR, recruitment, and contract managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement streamlined processes. Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews to foster development and accountability. Ensure all systems and documentation are kept accurate and up to date. Contribute to broader HR initiatives. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in mobilisation or a related HR operations role. Strong mobilisation background with experience supporting major clients in the mining/resources sector (e.g. BHP, MRL, Greatland Gold, Rio Tinto). Natural leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and team development. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Clear, confident communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and service delivery. High level of initiative, able to work independently and drive outcomes. Familiarity with OPMS software is highly regarded. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires initiative, confidence, and deep operational knowledge.
