What You’ll Be Doing Working with the Partners dealing with a portfolio of complex tax and accounting clients Preparing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs Providing tailored tax planning, compliance, and advisory services Answering general business and bookkeeping queries Collaborating with Partners to deliver outstanding outcomes What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Australian public practice role CA / CPA / IPA qualified OR meaningful, equivalent practical experience within public practice firms will be happily accepted Solid technical knowledge and ability to work autonomously Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with MYOB AE, Xero and Class preferred A proactive, can-do mindset and a genuine passion for client success The Offer $85K–$110K Super (depending on experience) Standard hours: 8:30am–5:00pm , Monday–Friday Flexible options available – part-time or school hours welcome Modern offices close to the coast with free roadside parking This is the perfect role for a senior tax professional who wants more autonomy, a better lifestyle, and the chance to contribute to a firm where your ideas are welcomed.
