Rubix Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle of a key system implementation project. This role is critical to ensuring the solution meets business needs and quality standards while supporting the timely and successful delivery of project outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic leader with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, drive testing governance, and ensure all test phases—from planning through UAT—are executed seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and detailed test plans, including schedules and resource needs. Manage all phases of the testing lifecycle: functional, system, performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate closely with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to define and meet testing requirements. Lead the development of test cases, scenarios, and scripts aligned with system requirements. Oversee execution of tests, track defects, and ensure timely resolution. Govern and enhance defect management processes in coordination with delivery teams. Ensure test data is accurately prepared and validated for use across test phases. Provide regular progress reports, test metrics, and risk mitigation updates to stakeholders. Coordinate and support UAT, ensuring business readiness prior to go-live. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for testing process improvement. Key Qualifications: Proven track record as a Test Manager or equivalent in system implementation projects. Strong expertise in all aspects of the testing lifecycle, with hands-on experience in test strategy and execution. Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools. Excellent governance and process management skills. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
