Senior Business Analyst - Retail & Supply Chain A leading retail group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support multiple transformation initiatives across retail systems, supply chain, and operational processes. In this permanent role, you'll play a key part in optimising business performance, enhancing system capabilities, and ensuring alignment across retail operations. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and technical leads to deliver business analysis expertise on projects spanning suggested ordering processes, Sympac (or similar retail ERP systems), and supply chain improvements. WHAT'S ON OFFER Location: Welshpool, Perth (Hybrid role) Salary Package: Up to $150,000 (inclusive of super) Employment Type: Permanent, full-time ⚙️ Key Deliverables: Retail systems optimisation, suggested ordering process enhancement, supply chain and inventory project support. THE ROLE: Engage with stakeholders across retail operations, supply chain, and IT to gather and document business requirements. Analyse current retail systems (Sympac highly regarded) and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Drive the enhancement of suggested ordering processes to support stock accuracy, availability, and customer demand. Support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and operational needs. Map business processes and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams. Work with cross-functional teams to support integration of new systems and enhancements. Provide end-to-end BA support including workshops, user story development, and UAT coordination. Act as the bridge between business units and technical delivery teams to ensure seamless project outcomes. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in retail or supply chain environments Strong knowledge of retail ERP systems - Sympac highly regarded Experience working with suggested ordering processes, stock management, and supply chain workflows Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven capability in stakeholder engagement across operational, technical, and executive teams Excellent documentation, process mapping, and requirements elicitation skills Exposure to systems integration, change management, and user acceptance testing Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Please note: You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
