As the Digital Marketer for CRM & Web across ANZ, UK & Canada, you'll bring campaigns to life across email, push and web, working closely with a collaborative and high-performing team. Offices in the heart of Melbourne CBD or Sydney Key Responsibilities: CRM Campaign Development & Execution Build and test HTML emails in Iterable (or similar platforms) using Figma designs Set up lifecycle journeys and one-off CRM blasts, including deep link tracking and A/B tests Ensure accurate rendering across clients/devices and support QA processes Collaborate with data teams to maintain correct CRM targeting properties Compile and share campaign performance metrics Website Content & Front-End Updates Implement and publish web content using CMS platforms (Contentful or Builder.io) Translate Figma files into responsive, visually consistent web experiences Work with the Technical Lead to resolve UI/UX issues and maintain web integrity Operational & Production Support Manage and optimise assets for CRM and web builds Maintain documentation and support efficient workflows Contribute to daily and weekly campaign/web content schedules What Experience Will You Bring? 3 years in CRM, digital production, or front-end development Strong HTML/CSS skills for email and front-end web builds Experience with CRM tools (Iterable ideal; Braze, Mailchimp, etc., acceptable) Familiarity with CMS platforms like Contentful or Builder.io Able to inspect/export assets from Figma and align with brand standards Strong attention to detail, organised, and deadline-driven A collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic and a passion to learn Application Process: If you are interested in this position or know someone who is, please click the appropriate link to apply.
