My client is embarking on an exciting CRM transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month contract starting in early August. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new Salesforce Org, working closely with stakeholders across the business to design and implement effective processes, drive system improvements, and deliver real business outcomes. About the Role: As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be instrumental in building a new CRM environment from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and develop solutions that increase efficiency and speed to market. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, reports, and automated workflows Leading the deployment of a new Salesforce Org Maintaining database integrity and performing data cleansing Integrating and managing tools such as Just Call (phone system) and Pardot (marketing automation) Documenting current processes and mapping future improvements Identifying and implementing opportunities for process optimisation Developing cross-functional workflows to improve team efficiency Communicating changes and system enhancements to internal stakeholders Supporting business improvement initiatives and general sales administration, including tenders About You: The successful candidate will bring a collaborative, proactive approach and a strong foundation in Salesforce administration. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving improvements through technology and process.
