What You'll Be Working On You'll partner with our Warehouse Supervisor to orchestrate the smooth flow of inventory through our inbound operations. Your day involves coordinating vehicle unloading, managing stock receipts, and ensuring every item finds its perfect place in our warehouse system. Your leadership skills will shine as you allocate team members to various tasks – from vehicle unpacking to quality control checking and system updates. You'll maintain our impressive 99% inventory accuracy while implementing continuous improvements that eliminate shrinkage and reduce product damage.
