The Role FHR currently have multiple opportunities for an experienced Furniture Delivery Driver & Removalist to join our client that specialises in the furniture industry. This opportunity is located in Sumner Park and we have immediate starts available for the candidates who're successful in their application for these positions. Deliver and assemble furniture at customer locations according to delivery schedules and company procedures. Perform pre-start vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness of the delivery truck. Provide professional, friendly customer service during deliveries, including confirming delivery details and obtaining customer signatures. Assist with moving, lifting, and positioning heavy furniture items, using correct manual handling techniques and equipment. Report any delivery issues, damages, or vehicle maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
