Description About the Role Are you passionate about driving real change on the ground? We're seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst with a strong foundation in operations, process improvement and data-driven decision making to help us lift performance across our business. This role is ideal for someone who understands how things really work - because they've been there - and who brings the tools and mindset to make things better. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Work closely with operations teams to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop improvement initiatives Lead root cause analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving workshops (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma) Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate insights into practical, impactful solutions Develop and maintain business requirements, process documentation, and dashboards Support change and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of solutions Skills And Experiences About You Proven experience working within or alongside frontline operational teams (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, supply chain) Strong capability in process analysis and continuous improvement, with working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma (certification preferred) Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable outcomes Confident communicator who can engage at all levels - from floor to boardroom Experience with data tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI or similar) and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart) An inclusive workplace, works for everyone We celebrate difference.
