About the role: The Marketing Manager position is pivotal to the overarching success of Victoria University from a brand awareness, reputation and student recruitment perspective. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact multichannel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on school leaver audiences, social media strategy, and college-specific marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the university and lead external agency partners to drive brand awareness and student recruitment. The role leads the development, implementation, optimisation and reporting of marketing initiatives and student recruitment campaigns across the whole of Victoria University with a particular focus on the School Leaver audience and social media. The role has one direct report along with cross-functional support within the team. About the person: We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience and capability leading integrated marketing campaigns showing significant ROI. We are wanting someone with ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo and apply innovative solutions. We are open to people who have a non-education and/or an agency background.
