Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and Executive Director Campus Services, the role leads process improvement and automation initiatives, uses data insights to identify gaps and opportunities, and supports governance, reporting, and capability uplift. Working closely with leadership and stakeholders, the analyst ensures service delivery is streamlined, customer-focused, and aligned with performance targets. About the Role: As the Operations Analyst, you will: Lead strategic process improvement and automation initiatives to modernise operations and enhance service delivery across the DCS portfolio. Advise leadership on operational risks, resource planning, and strategic alignment. Design and manage high-level reporting frameworks, including SLAs, budgets, supplier registers, and executive dashboards to support performance optimisation and transparency. Leverage data and analytics to identify systemic issues, simplify procedures, and provide actionable insights that guide decision-making and strategic planning. Provide high-level governance and operational support, including strategic briefs, funding proposals, benefit assessments, and advice on operational risks and resource planning. Support cultural and capability uplift through structured change initiatives, training programs, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate across leadership and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and alignment with DCS strategic objectives. Lead transformative operational and automation initiatives across DCS. About You: You are a confident self starter and agile operator, known for turning insights into action. With a strong understanding of operational governance, process design, and customer-focused service delivery, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your toolkit includes: Extensive experience in operations, governance, strategy, and project delivery, with a strong focus on enhancing service performance through data and analytics. Proven ability to develop and manage reporting frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and executive dashboards. A collaborative approach to working with leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Demonstrated capability in analysing systems, simplifying complex processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in leading change initiatives, capability uplift, and service transformation in complex environments. Strong understanding of governance processes, budgeting, performance metrics, and compliance frameworks. Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, and navigate competing priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
