Changes will impact multiple elements of the operating model and require a clear approach to integration, roadmap, management, and governance. About the role The Senior Program Director - Court Enforceable Undertaking (CEU) Program will lead a strategic transformation initiative to improve risk management and oversight practices, enhancing service delivery to members. This multi-stream program aims to strengthen risk management, improve systems, processes, and oversight for better member outcomes. This role focuses on planning, establishing, and delivering an integrated rectification plan addressing findings from independent reviews and root cause analyses related to operational risk management, information security, IT resilience, insurance claim processing, fitness & propriety, expenditure management, and insurance administration incidents. We seek a senior transformation leader with deep program delivery expertise, stakeholder influence, risk management acumen, and a passion for creating meaningful change for members. This is a permanent position based in Melbourne. Key Accountabilities Program Leadership & Delivery Design and lead delivery of the integrated CEU Program, incorporating relevant initiatives into a coordinated roadmap. Establish governance, delivery rhythms, and program architecture to drive pace, alignment, and accountability. Deliver structured program streams addressing uplift areas identified in reviews and analysis. Coordinate with program managers, experts, regulators, and stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans, including deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Operate as a senior interface with key providers to deliver a joint transformation agenda. Influence and align executive stakeholders, leaders, and the Board through clear communication and insight-led reporting. Build strong relationships with experts, internal teams, and regulators to support effective delivery. People & Change Leadership Build and lead a high-performing program team capable of driving transformation. Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation. Partner with change management experts to embed new ways of working and ensure successful adoption. Embed holistic uplift across risk functions, including people, processes, and ways of working. What we’re looking for Proven senior leadership in large-scale transformation or complex program delivery, preferably within superannuation, financial services, or related industries. Experience leading programs under regulatory enforcement is highly beneficial. Extensive risk management experience across technology, processes, people & culture, and operational design. Experience designing and embedding operational risk frameworks, including a 3 lines of defense model. Strong capability in managing strategic partnerships and co-delivery models. Formal qualifications in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are desirable.
