Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Reviewing tender documentation and preparing drawings, plans, and specifications. Preparing and managing cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions/proposals for various design, fabrication, and construction projects. Consulting with various internal teams. Engaging with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Interpreting contract documentation, plans, building processes and procedures, relevant legislation, standards, and codes. Coordinating the overall tender submission process from quantity take-offs and project costing through to analysis of tender documentation and submission preparation. ABOUT YOU You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: At least 5 years in the Construction Industry – Preferably NSW experience Civil Engineering Degree or similar Experience working with Teir 1 or 2 Companies Experience in TfNSW and/ or infrastructure projects – highly regarded Earthworks, roadworks, services installation onsite experience preferred. Ability to use expert estimation software would be good or willingness to learn.
