JP Recruitment are seeking 3 x Machine Operators for long term roles working with a leading manufacturer based in Neerabup. Working in a small team of 3, you will be trained to operate a granulation machine which is fed various materials and granulates them for recycling. It's a physically demanding role spent outside most of the time. Training will be provided on day shift then you will be on rotating shifts. Duties Operate, maintain and troubleshoot granulation machine Operate a Forklift to maneuver items in the yard and workshop Yard duties, organizing storage areas, housekeeping Unloading or loading trucks Use a chainsaw to cut materials Selection Criteria - we seek candidates with the following attributes: Machine operating experience and a mechanical aptitude Forklift license and experience with ugly freight, able to pass a VOC Drivers license preferred Fit, healthy and able to pass a drug test Able to work well in a small team Able to work and complete all tasks without Supervision A focus on safety Experience using a chainsaw desirable Pay and Roster Hourly rate is $32.25/hr to $48.37/hr. Penalties paid after 7.6 hrs. Dayshift is 8am to 4pm; Afternoon shift 4pm - midnight Nightshift is midnight to 8am The shifts will rotate every 2 of weeks.
