About The Role Reporting to the Head Curator and the Head of Finance and Bulleen Campus, you will play a pivotal role working with the Grounds Team at Bulleen and as part of the wider Trinity Grammar School Property, Gardens and Grounds Team. The hours for this role are 38 hours per week with 1 accrued day off every 4 weeks, 6.2 weeks’ annual leave and all equipment and clothing supplied. Professional Learning opportunities are encouraged and supported by the School. Key Responsibilities include: Energetic and passionate about working on sportsgrounds. Operating and maintaining a wide range of machinery. Preparation of a range of turf surfaces for sport, including turf wickets. Identify and report basic pest and disease. Conducting renovations on both sports turf and passive turf. Qualifications and Expertise Minimum 2 years of experience in Grounds and open space and/or Turf Management role Certificate III in Sports Turf Management, preferred but not essential Mechanically minded Strong safety, environmental, and quality focus A current Employee Working with Children Check Why Join Us?
