The Role This role primarily focuses on end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 750 employees on a fortnightly cycle, working across two systems (Inerva and Micropay) during a transition phase. It requires accurate interpretation of multiple enterprise agreements and awards within an aged care setting. The role involves managing payroll queries, liaising with the salary packaging provider, and supporting STP reporting, tax, superannuation, and EOFY obligations.
