Job Description Meet: A leading consumer company Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) Docklands Contract: 12 months The Story Our client is a respected publicly listed leader in the consumer industry that continues to embark on acquisitions and growth. As they expand, they need to continue to uplift and transform technology across the business. The Role A traditional BA with ITSM expertise and requires strong stakeholder management capabilities across both technical and business domains. Mapping and documenting current IT services across the business and analysing service model structures and delivery capabilities. Service level design & costing, collaborating with leadership, engaging with technical teams, working with business owners to drive adoption. Supporting the current ITSM platform optimisation and ensuring consistent service delivery Developing DR and Backup Uplift Services and service options and with that the management of a Service Catalogue. It will be critical to maintain an accurate, up-to-date service catalogue, ensuring it aligns with business needs and supports the service catalogue management process. Leading initiatives around Configuration Management Database (CMDB) improvements and ensuring all critical components are properly documented in the CMDB with clear ownership. Supporting DR capability planning and testing across infrastructure components and contributing to the reduction of monthly incidents.
