Description About the Role We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital and operational projects at our Port Botany Terminal. This is a 2-year Max-Term contract offering the opportunity to drive infrastructure improvements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project objectives. This role offers the opportunity to drive infrastructure improvements, liaise with diverse stakeholders, and make a lasting impact on one of Australia's most critical logistics hubs. You’ll work with a high-performing team in a dynamic and evolving environment, where your contributions will support trade that connects the world. Key Accountabilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of terminal-based infrastructure projects. Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Track budgets, prepare cost estimates, and manage procurement and contracts. Monitor contractor safety and compliance with the Building Code of Australia and DP World policies. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, reports, and meeting records. Conduct performance reviews of suppliers and manage stakeholder expectations. Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues where required. Ensure timely communication and progress reporting to leadership teams. Qualifications, Skills and Experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or a similar role. Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Asset Management, or Business (desirable). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and risk. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in logistics, terminals, or heavy industry (desirable). Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting.
