Description About The Role DP World is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead capital and operational projects at our Port Botany Terminal. This is a 2-year contract offering the opportunity to drive infrastructure improvements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project objectives. This role offers the opportunity to drive infrastructure improvements, liaise with diverse stakeholders, and make a lasting impact on one of Australia's most critical logistics hubs. You’ll work with a high-performing team in a dynamic and evolving environment, where your contributions will support trade that connects the world. Key Accountabilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of terminal infrastructure projects. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Manage budgets, cost estimates, procurement, and contracts. Oversee contractor safety, compliance, and adherence to relevant standards and policies. Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication to leadership. Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and escalate issues as required. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil project management and/or asset delivery. Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Project or Asset Management (desirable). Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting. Experience in logistics, terminals, or heavy industry (desirable).
