Your Impact Work directly with our Principal and Senior Lawyers to: Manage files end-to-end across estate planning, probate, and estate administration. Draft & review Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate Applications, testamentary trusts, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide client-centred advice, explaining complex concepts with clarity and empathy (always under senior supervision). Research legislation and emerging best practice in Wills & Estates law, keeping our knowledge base current. Improve our digital platform by testing workflows, suggesting automations, and feeding insights to product and engineering teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Marketing, and Operations to deliver seamless, scalable legal services. Nurture client relationships through timely communication and meticulous record-keeping. What You’ll Bring Recently admitted (or admission-ready) lawyer with 0-2 years’ PQE Genuine interest in Wills, Estates, or end-of-life law (experience a bonus, passion essential). Sharp analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset. Clear, compassionate written and verbal communication.
