About the Role As a Senior Catering Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our busy food and beverage outlets across our multiple venues. Reporting to the Catering Services Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising shifts, leading our catering team, managing customer feedback and ensuring that all areas of our food service meet our high standards of quality, service, and presentation. This is an exciting hands-on role that offers the opportunity to mentor a diverse team and help drive innovation in food service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise our front of house catering team Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across multiple food outlets Maintain the highest levels of customer service and member satisfaction Provide coaching, training and support to team members Monitor stock levels, wastage, and assist with ordering as required Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures and requirements Liaise with Chefs and management on daily operational requirements as needed Support the Catering Services Manager with rostering, reporting, and staff performance management About You We’re looking for a confident and organised hospitality professional who brings a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service. To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced hospitality environment Flexibility to work our operational hours including late nights, weekends and public holidays, across all Clubs A commitment to providing customer service excellence Strong leadership and people management skills Strong operational experience and knowledge of catering operations Clear and concise communication skills A hands-on, solutions-focused approach to challenges Strong understanding of financials including labour costs and budgeting Knowledge of dietary preferences and food trends Knowledge of safe food handling and WHS policies and procedures A qualification in Hospitality Management or Leadership would be advantageous Current RSA and RCG certification Why Join Wests Group Macarthur?
