About the role: As an Exercise Physiologist specialising in paediatrics, you will design and deliver evidence-based, individualised programs that address each child’s unique needs—be they developmental, neurological, or physical. You’ll play a key role in helping young clients improve their health, functional abilities, and confidence through movement and targeted intervention. You will support clients in a range of areas, including: Gross and fine motor skill development Balance and coordination training Strength and functional mobility (e.g., walking, stair climbing) Gait and posture improvement Weight management and physical fitness Building social engagement and self-confidence Who You'll Work With Neurological conditions (e.g., cerebral palsy, movement disorders) Genetic conditions (e.g., Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and sensory processing challenges Developmental delays and motor planning issues Sports and musculoskeletal injuries What to Expect Our client's Exercise Physiology programs are tailored to: Reduce pain and discomfort in the lower limbs Improve overall posture, balance, and coordination Promote healthy gross motor skill development Support recovery from injuries or physical conditions related to growth Who You Are Bachelor or higher degree in Exercise Physiology. Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA.
