Possess a charismatic, helpful personality – one that makes people smile! Be reliable, honest and passionate Have a demonstrated ability and willingness to provide excellent service in a team environment Understand and respect the unique and essential role you will take in the delivery of our service to patients and Dentists Possess current immunisation clearance for Hepatitis B, or be in the process of getting these immunisations For Leaders we look for: Leadership skills including the ability to motivate and inspire those around you The ability to build relationships quickly and easily Strong business and commercial acumen with experience in preparing and reporting on budgets, KPI's, business plans and rosters Excellent problem-solving skills and able to make difficult decisions Demonstrated experience in effective people management - from employee rostering and leave management through to coaching and mentoring, performance management, training and recruitment Ideally, experience in the Dental industry, but not essential Our True Purpose As one of Australia’s largest corporate dental networks we are focused on improving the oral health of ALL Australians to the worlds best.
