The Role As an expanding area of the business, we're looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join our eComm Customer Service team. Our Customers are everything to us, every day they invite us into their home looking for help and advice - before and after delivery. You will assist in our goal is to please every customer, by: Providing them with support and resolutions should issues arise during or after delivery Assisting customers with the maintenance and care for their pieces Working with many areas of the business to ensure we are delivering quality items All calls are warm in nature, we want every customer to hang up with a smile. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader eComm team by providing feedback and working collaboratively on ways to improve and help us become industry leaders. The Team We are currently working from home, which we’ve found works for us. We are a team of 15, and for many of us the social benefits that a workplace provides are key. We have been able to replicate this environment, catching up daily and still being able to enjoy each other’s company, while providing a really supportive working atmosphere. We are anticipating that the future will allow for some contact days in our Keysborough Support Centre. What we will expect from you: To communicate effectively with customers digitally using our software platform, Zendesk; To provide our customers with an exceptional experience, building brand loyalty; To work collaboratively as part of a team, use your initiative, problem solve and handle a fast paced environment. To be available during our peak trading times during November, December, January and June. To be successful you must have: Ideally worked in a customer service role. Experience in conflict management and customer resolutions A passion to help people and a desire to get results. We are looking for people who are: Great listeners and great communicators.
