(Nurse Grade 6 Band 1) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available About your opportunity To provide clinical and non-clinical home-based face to face assessments of clients referred via the My Aged Care Gateway using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT). Under the Single Aged Care Assessment System, Aged Care Assessors will work with clients and their representative/s to establish goals specific to the client's needs and develops appropriate strategies and actions, including referrals to aged care and non-aged care services. Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory. Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided prior to the commencement of duty. The applicant ideally will have a working knowledge of a range of software packages used in the clinical and management environment, including the Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, Matrix and Power Point. Travel: Please note, this position will be required to travel to, and work at, other facilities located within the Aged Care Planning Regions in the delivery of aged care assessments.
