About the role Permanent full time opportunity to provide general administrative support as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and secretarial support to the Team Manager. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide a high level of secretarial support to the Team Manager, including diary maintenance, preparation of HR forms for sign off and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Provide general administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team; assist in the preparation of various meetings; minuting, organising and distributing agendas and dates. Provide medical typing of reports and correspondence for area Psychiatrists. Maintain HR/Payroll forms - filing and sending to appropriate persons for processing. Maintain a high level of data integrity in patient information systems; recognising decision making in clinical and management settings depends on accurate, timely, relevant, complete, concise, and readily accessible information.
