About your opportunity: Atherton Hospital provides a pharmacy service to Atherton hospital (57 beds), Herberton Hospital (38 beds) and 7 rural and remote clinics including Malanda, Millaa Millaa, Mt Garnet, Ravenshoe, Forsythe, Croydon and Georgetown. About your role: Deliver clinical pharmacy services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards. Work cooperatively and effectively within the team and with patients / clients. Provide input in the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols within the work area. Participate in quality and service improvement activities to continually improve patient / client care. Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities. Provide clinical practice and operational supervision to work experience students, or those involved in observational clinical placements.
