Responsibility for the planning, documenting, estimating, unit testing, and completion of an appropriate system solution to complex business requirements, considering and providing options to management where appropriate. Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities) You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills in Infor Workforce Management (formerly workbrain) with several of the following functional areas: HR Rostering functions, HR Awards Rostering functions including scheduling, time and attendance Award interpretation Organisational Establishment Management Leave management Managing People functions including (Workforce Strategy & Capacity; Separations; Workplace Health & Safety, Capability; and Performance) Proven experience in formulating, documenting and implementing functional specifications and process modelling and design, including sound knowledge of current Workforce Management trends, including systems integrations and service-orientated architecture. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Queensland Health. High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients. Proven experience in the support and configuration of the Infor Workforce Management (formerly workbrain) solution and Structured Query Language (SQL).
