What you will be doing:- Deliver integrated service responses to assist people experiencing domestic and family violence assessed to be at imminent risk of serious harm or lethality.- Provide advice to High Risk Team core members about housing products and services and prioritise High Risk Team actions to ensure rapid and integrated housing responses.- Guide Housing Service Centre and regional staff to provide integrated service responses to people experiencing domestic, family and sexual violence, including work in collaboration with the Specialist Response Team to strengthen staff capability.The skills you will need include:- Demonstrated understanding of risk assessment and safety management responses to prevent harm to victim-survivor and children.- Good communication and interpersonal skills to productively participate in and sustain High Risk Team relationships and provide timely, flexible and tailored responses to people at high risk of harm.- Ability to engage with, guide and empower local Housing Service Centre staff to provide responsive and integrated service responses to people experiencing domestic, family and sexual violence.- Ability to articulate the department's vision and purpose to High Risk Team and integrated service response evaluations, policies and guidelines.Mandatory Requirement:Class C driver's licensePosition temporary until 10/10/25 with the possibility of extension.Applications to remain current for 12 months.
