A great opportunity now exists for two Team Leaders Maternal and Child Health , to provide mentoring and supervision to the MCH teams, whilst enabling the provision of integrated, holistic and responsive MCH programs in a culturally diverse municipality. Reporting into the Coordinator Maternal and Child Health these key positions, will collaborate with community and government funded community agencies, including the Orange Door and Child Protection Services to improve outcomes for vulnerable families in the community of the City of Greater Dandenong. With this double recruitment, the City of Greater Dandenong aims to increase the Team Leader provision within the service, reducing the number of direct reports to all Team Leaders and better enabling the service to support and respond to the community's needs. As the Successful Candidate you will: Lead and support a team of dedicated MCH professionals. Oversee the delivery of universal MCH programs. Drive innovation, service improvement, and best practice initiatives. Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture. Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical guidelines. Build partnerships with community agencies and support services. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Current registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Nurse and Midwife with accredited MCH qualifications. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team in a health or community setting. Strong knowledge of the MCH Framework and Victorian service guidelines. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to delivering inclusive and equitable services to diverse communities.
