Manage & assume responsibility for all revenue performance, accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and day-to-day operational management of the Perth Direct Sales team. Lead and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Direct Sales Team, ensuring excellent team and individual performance through recruitment, communication, performance management, training and development. Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on new business development, client retention, market responsiveness, and maximising revenue share. Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders including the Head of Commercial WA, National Head of Audio Sales, and other sales teams to align local and national objectives. Ensure exceptional customer service through performance tracking systems, support commercial opportunities, execute sales projects, and uphold occupational health and safety standards. What you’ll need: 5 years’ experience in a direct sales leadership role servicing direct clients in Perth. Proven track record of building and maintaining a high performing media sales team. High levels of professionalism and charisma, with the ability to influence, engage and persuade senior stakeholders. Exceptional track record achieving and exceeding challenging budgets and targets.
