The Role We're looking for an experienced 360° Account Manager to join our team and hit the ground running. You'll take ownership of an existing client portfolio, build strong, service-focused relationships, and play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities to support growth. This is a hands-on role, so if you enjoy juggling recruitment, account management, sales, site visits, and delivering an excellent level of service - we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Managing and growing a portfolio of industrial clients Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary staff into ongoing and casual assignments Conducting client visits, service reviews, startups, walk-throughs & toolbox meetings as required Seeking out and acting on new business opportunities to support our continued growth Cross-selling our full range of recruitment services Working closely with our national contact center to help keep your clients fully staffed and satisfied Being a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates What We're Looking For Recruitment agency experience (blue collar, labour hire or industrial preferred) Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset A proven track record of growing accounts and delivering excellent service Comfortable balancing account management with proactive business development Ability to multitask, stay organised, and keep things moving Strong communication skills - both with internal and external stakeholders Experience using systems like FastTrack or similar is a big plus Ensuring compliance is always adhered to What You'll Get in Return Competitive salary car allowance Support from a fantastic team, including help filling roles from our national contact center Ongoing career development and the opportunity to grow within the business A down-to-earth, supportive culture that values your input Loyalty and wellness leave, onsite parking, and other perks that make a difference Ready to Join a Company That's Going Places?
